Reservations are non-refundable for cancellations inside 45 days prior to your stay, unless we can re-book those dates. If we are able to re-book all your dates, we will give you any refund due, less the cancellation/change fee.You may reschedule your reservation to a future stay but will still be subject to the cancellation/change fee. In the event that you do re- book for a future stay, and cancel that reservation, then you will forfeit the total. Rates are subject to change at any time.
  • 5.775% Lodging & Sales Tax added to total. We accept Visa, MasterCard! We can accept personal checks with a minimum 45 days advance. WE CAN NOT 'HOLD' DATES WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD.
    Check-In time is 3:00 PM or after. Check-Out is 11:00 AM. NO EARLY CHECK-INS. You can NOT drop things off at the cabin prior to your check in time. Please do not ask. 'No Smoking Inside'.
    We do not charge per person but we do limit cabin capacity! We reserve the right to, and will, charge double the rate of your cabin per night of your stay if we find you in violation of cabin capacity or any other policy violation. We reserve the right to refuse service. PET POLICY: We welcome mature, quiet dogs in our Green Mountain Getaway cabin only! Dogs must be at least 12 months old and completely house trained. Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the cabin, and must be on leash per Summit County's Leash Law. We charge a fee of $10 per night, per dog.

Perfect cabin for the family fishing getaway or small skiing group of friends. Dogs are welcome too. 'Great location in Heeney. Still in Summit, but not stuck in all that resort traffic. This really is the Rocky Mountains.'

The town of Heeney has very few businesses other than our famously named Bait & Tackle Shop that you'll have to ask us about! We do have the local Heeney Marina which is open in the summer months. We are truly an away from it all location but you are not by any means out in the middle of nowhere. This cabin sits on a row of 9 of the original Heeney cabins and does have neighboring cabins on either side.

Located in Summit County, bordering Grand County, close to everything but far enough away to enjoy an authentic mountain getaway experience! The tiny hamlet of Heeney gives the feeling of being world's away from it all, while still close enough to everything Colorado has to offer! The cabin is situated overlooking the central part of the reservoir. Though we aren't lakefront we are lake view, as well as surrounded by gorgeous mountain ranges. The lake is just a couple minutes walk down from the cabin as well as the nearby marina is a short walk. This cabin sits on a row of 9 of the original Heeney cabins. Though you have neighboring cabins on either side of you the cabin offers beautiful scenery and serenity and a feeling of being away from it all.

The Best Area Activities! Tucked away between two incredible mountain ranges, the Gore and Williams Peak, the area offers the best in skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice skating, mountain biking, extensive hiking trails, nearby National Forests. Shop at the Outlets at Silverthorne. Visit Kremmling! Golf at the Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks in Silverthorne. isit downtown Breckenridge just 45 minutes away. Enjoy rock climbing, hunting, white water rafting, kayaking, hang gliding, lake or fly fishing in the Gold Medal Trout waters of the Blue River. Water skiing, jet skiing, wake boarding, wind surfing, swimming, boating as well as on site boat rentals at the Heeney Marina on the Green Mountain Reservoir, 4-wheeling trails surround us and you can go horseback riding at nearby Rusty Spur Ranch, Ice-fishing is a big deal around here in the winter...don't be left out in the cold! Enjoy wildlife viewing, sightseeing, not to mention good old fashioned relaxation.
