Sandestin townhome Rental Property Information

This Villa is in the best lakeside location on the beach side of Sandestin. Drive right up to the door on a cul-de-sac across from the Heated pool. The Living Room of the redecorated villa has a sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner and 2 swivel rockers. A card table, chairs and games are provided. The Dining Room seats 8, with 2 additional bar stools. The kitchen is gourmet equipped. Both front courtyard and lakeside terrace have tables and chairs for dining outside. The Master bedroom overlooks the lake, and the guest room can be twins or king. A full size laundry is between the bedrooms. The gated 2500 acre resort goes from the Gulf to the Bay, with tram transportation throughout. There are 4 top rated golf courses, Marina and miles of bike and walking trails. The lakes are stocked with bass for fishing. Shopping and restaurants to suit every taste and price are in the resort, and the huge Outlet Mall is only 2 miles away. The Village of Baytowne Wharf has entertainment for all ages.

Sandestin is located just east of Destin, FL, with in easy driving distance west to historic Pensacola, FL. Award winning Seaside Village is just a short drive east, and all the fun of Panama City is just beyond. Day trips east to Apalachicola Bay, and also west to the elegant areas of Mobile and Fairhope, AL are great for sightseeing and antiquing. Sandestin is right in the center of the best of Panhandle Florida vacationing.
