Sunset Lakes villa Rental Property Information

This property is ideal for the either enjoying the Disney attractions or relaxing in the quiet atmosphere of the Sunset lakes development, the development is fully secured, and the property overlooks a small lake and a small forest. The covered pool can be heated. And there is also a games room to keep the children occupied on the odd occasions when the weather is not so good. The property is *Non Smoking*. There is TV in every room, and the kitchen is well stocked to facilitate self catering. Sheets towels etc are included. The property is only 30 minutes from Orlando Airport, 10 minutes from the Disney Attractions, and approximately one hour to the east or west coasts. It is about a mile off the highway 192 so it is therefore extremely peaceful, and has a curfew between 10pm and 8 am. Solar Pool Heating Now Fitted. Sunset lakes is perfectly situated for all of the Disney Theme parks and within easy distance of the Airport. It is close to all of the highway 192 restaurants and shops, and only 10 minutes to Walmart. The I 4 highway is only 3 miles away, and you can reach a major golf course within 10 minutes. The Sunset Lakes estate is fully secured and requires a passcode to enter making it a very safe and secluded estate. In addition to the swimming pool at the villa there is a large pool within the estate boundaries. The two lakes offer ideal fishing. Celebration, the new town is only a few miles away, and offers excellent eating out facilities, and a Sunday market, along with the occasional craft market, watch it snow in December and spill leaves in the fall.
