House has membership in Loon Mtn sports/health club--pools and exercise equipment. House is fully equipped for seasonal renters. Washer/dryer on lower level. Fully equpped kitchen, modern appliances. Dishes, pots, pans, and linens provided. Bring your own food and other perishable dry goods/supplies. Children are welcome but house is not 'toddler proof.' Limit on number of children. Well behaved dog would be considered as owner has dog and there is a fenced dog area. Extra deposit required. No cats--owner allergy!

This home is located on Loon Mtn with membership in Loon Mtn health/sports club. Access to mtn activities by walking or by ski shuttle which stops at driveway, coming approximately every half hour during ski season. Private home affords greater privacy and location gives exceptional views.

Skiing Information: Home is located on Loon Mtn. Ski shuttle every 1/2 hour. Stops at driveway. Garage parking for 2 cars. Plowing included in rental.

Other Activities X-country skiing; snowshoeing; sight-seeing.
