The Figueroa Estate is located in Damascus Township, just seven miles West of the Delaware River and the beautiful, quaint town of Callicoon, NY, which has several restaurants, including a five star one. It also has a supermarket, stores, a bank and an old fashion movie theater, which shows the latest releases. The property is less than 20 miles from Bethel, NY, site of the famous Woodstock concert, and now home to the Bethel Arts Center, where weekend concerts are plentiful. Further south, on the Pennsylvania side, is Honesdale, a beautiful town, lined with shops, restaurants and Victorian homes. And not far from there is Lake Wallenpaupack, which is perfect for boating or lakeside picnic.

Further Details for the estate in Poconos, Pennsylvania, USA
Hunting Hunt deer, bears, rabbits and wild turkeys. Our property has 50 acres of unspoiled nature that is teeming with wildlife. Just make sure you have your licenses and that you follow all the rules, and let your skills do the rest. Summer Rentals are only weekly - June 1 through Sept. 1. Check is on Sunday, and Check out on Saturday.
Honesdale Take a trip on a Western train, stroll down main street and sample some of the fine restaurants, or head over to river and rent a canoe to take in the Fall foliage. Enjoy concerts in the park, or visit the local museums and libraries, or spend a relaxing day at the local beauty spa. All this and much more is available in Honesdale, PA, just 15 minutes from the Figueroa Estate. And not far from there are the many antique shops in Hawley. There are also many beautiful golf courses in the area. Maps and guides are all available on the estate.
Delaware River Just seven minutes away is the Delaware River, which is as scenic as any river in the USA. Canoe rentals are available for reasonable prices. You can also just get on an inner tube, and go drifting down the river, which is rarely over six feet deep. Watch deer run across the river, as you paddle underneath railroad bridges, and go past some white water rapids. It's a blast you'll want to revisit again and again.
