Rental Rates for the condo in Mexico



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rates: (Villa Coral Condo 102 sleeps 4 guests maximum)

    Low Season - June and October $165 per night ~ Enjoy the 7th Night Free ~
    Value Season - July, August, September $140 per night ~ Enjoy the 7th Night Free ~
    High Season - November through May $195 per night ~ Enjoy the 7th Night Free ~
    Peak Season - December 18-January 4 $225 per night ~ Enjoy the 7th Night Free

    Please add $200 refundable damage deposit and a $75 one-time cleaning fee, providing you with every-other-day maid service.

  • In order to guarantee reservations, a deposit of one-half (1/2) of the total bill is required within 10 days of original reservation date.
    Full payment is required twenty-one (21) days prior to your stay, including $75 cleaning fee and refundable damage deposit of $200.
    There is no admittance without full payment of bill.
    Cancellations: Reservations canceled 61 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of monies paid (minus credit card processing fees).
    Reservations canceled 31-60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive ½ of total monies paid (minus credit card processing fees).
    Reservations canceled less than 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive no refunds; no exceptions.
