Rental Rates for the house in Florida, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rates in US Funds - all rates are plus a cleaning fee
  • A deposit of 25% of the Total Rental Amount must be received 10 days after booking in order for the time to be guaranteed. The balance to be received a minimum of 1 month prior to arrival and must be drawn on a US bank to allow time for it to clear.
