Old Orchard Beach house Rental Property Information

Lovely 3 bedroom off St. parking for 3 cars. The location is a 10 minute walk to the beach and Pier area of OOB. FREE WIFI. The house will sleep 8 (no more than 8) with 2 bedrooms that have Queen Beds, 1 small bedroom that has a single bed. Sleep sofa in the spacious living room, 2 Cable TVs, DVD, VCR, 1-TV for games. A Queen Sleep Sofa in the laundry room. Pillows linens included for sleeping. Bathroom comes with towels a washcloths and a hair dryer. Washer and dryer and laundry soap are free of charge. Kitchen & Living Rm (only)have Air Conditioning. The kitchen sits 6 people fully equipped with Stove, Microwave, Coffee Maker Dishes, Pots Pans, Toaster, Blender Beach Chairs, wake boards, a wagon to truck items to beach.Deckwith a gas grill, table, chairs and umbrella. The back yard is fully fenced in with a nice lawn. 4 beach chairs, cooler, wagon. Must Be At Least 25 To Rent, We Verify. Also Winter Rentals Monthly. 17 Foote St Owners stay in additional building on property.

3 Televisions 1 For Gameboy, PS2 ETC. There are 3 televisions, 2 have cable TV, 1 is for Games, PlayStation, PS2 etc. Parents can watch TV while the kids watch another or play games.

Satisfied Visitors Our tenants we have had this year have all been extremely happy with the accommodations as well as all the entertainment. The children have especially loved the amusement park, we have letters of recommendation on file from our past visitors that we would be more than happy to mail to you.
