Old Orchard Beach townhome Rental Property Information
Nice two-story, two bedroom townhouse style condominium with an oceanview and only steps to the beach.
It is only a three minute walk to the Pier but you are not in the middle of the center either.
There are not many two-story townhomes like this. It is tastefully decorated and nicely furnished. The bottom floor has the living area, kitchen and bathroom. The top floor has two good sized bedrooms with double beds. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, toaster, etc. The bathroom has a stand-up shower with good pressure and hot water. There is air-conditioning and heat.
The Pirates Cove miniature golf complex is located almost directly behind and across the street from the condos on the back side (away from the ocean). The pathway to the beach is directly across the street and about 100 paces from your front door to the sand.

Bean) in 35 minutes. The aqua-boggin, Funtown-Splashtown USA, and a drive-in theater all within 10 minutes. Miniature golf complex with view of condo to the west, ocean view to the east, view of Pier to the north.
