surrounding This is the center of activities . You do not need a car to go shopping, dining, swimming, play tennis or volleyball. The beach is right across from the condo. There also is an Internet cafe right next to the building. There you can also pick up a good cup of Kona coffee.

Inside the condo The inside of the condo is very comfortable and spacious, The view is awesome. You can also see the ocean from the comfort of your bed.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: A reservation deposit of $300.00 minimum (depending on the length of your stay) is due with the reservation. The balance will be due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. We accept personal checks, money orders. bank transfers Visa, Master Card and Discover Card. There is a 3 % booking fee with credit card payments on the remaining balance, but not on the initial deposit. Cancellation must be received 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund minus 75.00 cancellation fee. Owner can not be held liable or responsible for any construction, repairs or other issues arising outside of her condo # 303 since this would be beyond her control.
