Unlike many of the ads on this site, no management company is involved with this condo and by staying with us, you can be rest assured that you and your party will be my top and only priority during your stay. I personally guarantee it! I also guarantee that you won't find a comparable unit in Destin for a better price.
Please call/email me before confirming anywhere else... and please beware of hidden charges such as Amenity Fees, Damage Deposit Fees, Administrative fees, etc. Also make sure to Read our Reviews in the Guest Book below to give you the piece of mind that you have to have when booking your family's yearly vacation. - If you are traveling with another family, we have a great relationship with our next door neighbor, who also has a wonderful 2 bdrm condo, and I am more than happy to work with them for you in order to accommodate your entire group in adjacent units. If you have a need for more than two units next to each other, I am glad to do my best to make this happen as well.

| Notes: | We can assure you that this is one of the nicest condos in the building. The unit features nine-foot ceilings, ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, plush carpeting in the living and bedrooms, raised panel kitchen cabinetry and beautiful granite counter tops. The appliances are all stainless steel and include a side by side refrigerator with filtered ice and water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and built-in microwave. In addition the kitchen has been fully equipped with all the utensils, plates, cookware, and appliances required. A washer and dryer are also included. The dining area includes a large bar top with two stools and dining table with seating for 6. The living room features a large sleeper/sofa, 2nd sofa, chair, and coffee table. A large Plasma TV with DVD & VCR complete the living area. The 350 SF balcony (largest in the building) offers magnificent views of the Gulf and pool area below and features plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the wonderful weather. |

The Kitchen When you enter this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit you will find all that your heart desires from a LUXURY condo. This unit features nine ft ceilings, Ceramic tile and plush carpet flooring, raised panel kitchen cabinetry and beautiful GRANITE COUNTERTOPS. The kitchen is fully equipped with all STAINLESS STEEL GE PROFILE APPLIANCES which include a 26 foot side by side refrigerator with filtered ice and water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and a built-in microwave. In addition, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all utensils, plates, cookware, coffee maker, blender, toaster and many other items that will ensure optimum convenience.
The Living Area This condo has been furnished in a way that complements the already luxurious feel of Ariel Dunes. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for six as well as a bar with two stools. The living room features a large queen sleeper/sofa, a standard sofa, a soft chair with ottoman and a coffee table. A large Plasma TV enhances the living area and also includes a DVD and VCR which is sure to make you feel right at home. A large eight foot sliding glass door opens from the living room to the patio and offers magnificent views out to the Gulf and of the pool below.
