This condo is actually 3 'normal' sized oceanfront units with balconies which were all combined to make this neat SW corner Penthouse unit ( the PH balconies are double wide ) so you have a very large totally private sundeck all to yourself. It is more like a house than a big motel room. ( 1500 sq ft ) While the condo is really only made for 4 people in the utmost comfort, for vacation purposes it is possible to accommodate one or 2 more persons with the used of folding beds. Dining or entertaining for up to 12 ( well behaved ) persons is feasible. This is a family oriented resort, perfect for couples of small families and is NOT a 'party' place for young adults on Spring Break. We require a renters application to be submitted for the Home Owners Association's approval prior to any rental.
