It is a fully furnished, 1st floor corner unit that is located within the exclusive gated Castle Pines section of the PGA Village.(This is the newest PGA Village development with use of the luxury pool, not Golf Villa I or Golf Villa II which does not.) The villa is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac street. It has a private screened in patio with easy access to a well maintained backyard lawn area that is well shaded by trees. Golf Information: PGA Village boasts three championship courses, two Fazio courses and one Dye course. The training center is an excellent value, where you hit golf balls all day for one low fee. Besides the driving range, there is a putting green, chipping area and different types of sand shots. The instructors are excellent. Within a half hours drive are over a dozen courses for all levels of playing ability.
