Housekeeping provided on move out only, all dishes to be washed prior to leaving. $75.00 fee for housekeeping for long term rentals. There is a vacuum and tools for cleaning available. You may use washer and dryer for your own things, extra sheets, towels, pillows are available on request. Long term rentals to wash their own sheets and towels as needed.
