Certain times of the day one can see flocks of wild turkeys and their babies, deer grazing or moose that wander by.   • Our weekly rental rate is $970.00.

    Although that will be changing soon, if you are confirmed under this rate, your will have the $970.00 rate a week and $25.00 for each person 5 - 8, additional fee for each dog $50.00 (max. 2).

    A refundable $250.00 security deposit is required
  • Note: All Utilities are included in the weekly rental price. Local and long distance phone calls are free of charge.

    Payment is only accepted in US Dollars, unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed upon in
    advance with the Lessor.

    Additional weeks:
    We offer a 25% discount beginning week # 2 of the same rental period
    At your request we will E-mail, fax or mail you a rental contract. The contract will become effective and the time slot will be guaranteed when we receive it back, signed, with a 50% non-refundable deposit.

    The remaining 50% of the rental fees are payable 30 days in advance of arrival.

    The $250.00 security deposit is also due 30 days before occupancy and must be submitted with the final rental fees.
