The property is located in Harwich (Exit 11 Mid-Cape Highway) off of Rt 137 at the end of a cul-de-sac. There is a backyard for kids to play in as well. It is 2-3 minutes from Long Pond (Largest lake on Cape Cod) and Hawk's Nest - both fresh water lakes. It is 10 minutes from Nauset Beach (Ocean) in Orleans. It is 20 minutes from Hyannis in case you want to have a night in the 'big' city and 20 minutes from the Wellfleet Beachcomber. There are bike trails, miniature golf, go carts, trampolines and golf courses nearby. Other amenities such as supermarket, gas station and Dunkin Donuts are also very close. Harwich is surrounded by Chatham, Brewster and Orleans.

The house consists of a master bedroom with its own bath and two other bedrooms. There is another full bathroom that is off the hallway that the two other bedrooms would share. It has a dining room, living room, kitchen and two car garage. There is a deck in back with furniture. There is also a washer and dryer.
