This beautiful luxury ranch style Solana Beach home with a pool is a four bedroom, three bath house with a three car garage conveniently located to all. This home is a two story house with three bedrooms (king/2 queens) and two bath upstairs. All with walk-in closets and the master bathoom has a his and her sink. Downstairs is - home to the great room/formal dining area (only carpeted area downstairs), kitchen and eating area, family room (with fireplace and 42 inch plasma TV) and bedroom with a twin bed. There is central heating but no air conditioning since it rarely gets above 78 degrees. Flowers bloom throughout the year.

Whether you want to go to the beach to swim, surf at world famous Swami Beach, paraglidie off Torrey Pines, watch the Polo matches on Sundays in the summer, go air balloon riding, go to the horse races or to one of many Indian casinos. There is some thing for everyone. If you have children then visit one of the amusement parks, Legoland, Wild Animal Park, SeaWorld or the San Diego Zoo. Balboa Park is minutes from down town. Enjoy the Gas Lamp District after the baseball game at the brand new Petco stadium. You can take in the view of the scenic train ride on the Coaster from the Solana Beach train station to downtown on game days to avoid the traffic jam.
