Rental Rates for the house in New York, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Weekly in-Season from $5k to $10k, Of-Season from $3k to $5k. Monthly from $6k to $45k.
  • Rentals include all services, utilities* and linens. A cleaning fee of $250 is not included in the Rental Fee. A $1000 refundable security deposit is due 1 week prior to check-in. Beach Details Beach Passes are for the Hampton's villages are attached to your vehicle. Non-resident beach passes are available for purchase at the entrance to most of the major ocean and bay beaches. Weekday pass is $15 per day per car, Weekend pass is $30 per day per car. The house is a short 5-6 mile drive to Long Beach in Sag Harbor and 7-8 miles to several Bridgehampton ocean beaches.

Golf Information: Long Island national is public regional course.
