Madison house Rental Property Information

3 Bedroom, 2 Bath year round house in the scenic and classic New England town of Madison, CT on Long Island Sound. A 500 foot walk to private LI Sound Beach as shown in Photos. House is also located on the Western edge of Hammonasset Beach State Park. Our house, at 11 Pent Road, is on a very private, quiet, dead end lane, in a family neighborhood just off Webster Point Road. With rental agreement you also get access to all town beaches including The Surf Club. Madison is in the heart of the Connecticut 'Gold Coast', a series of small sea shore New England towns where Boating, Beaches, Swimming, and Restaurants are all in abundance. Day trips to Providence Rhode Island, Yale/New Haven and Mystic Aquarium are among the local venues.

Directions to House Directions to the house are: Take I-95 North to exit 62 (Hammonasset State park). Turn right, go about 1 mile to end which intersects with Rt 1 (Entrance to Hammonasset Park is straight ahead). Turn Right (West) onto Rt 1, go 1/2 mile and turn left (your first left on Rt 1) onto Liberty Street, and then immediately left again onto Webster Point Road. Go .3 miles and the road forks, bear left onto Pent Road, our house is 11 pent Road, it is yellow, and on the left. It's just past the blue house. To get to the Town of Madison; go back to Liberty Street, turn left; follow it out to the light where it merges with Rt 1. Follow Rt 1 (West) about 1 mile and you will go right into Madison which is very quaint - typically New England town (there is a Starbucks at the end of town on the right). Gene & Susan Goodman
