Kitchen has just about every amenity desired (microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, phone, coffee maker, coffee grinder, espresso machine, tea pot, ice tea maker, snow-cone kit, juicer, hand blender, automatic steamer, slow cooker, wok, waffle maker, electric knife, knife sharpener, etc.). Another ceiling fan in the kitchen dining area. Victrola in the dining room with great selection of albums and complete set of Star Trek the TV series VHS tapes. Also a ceiling fan, and additional VHS tapes. Family room has a love seat sleeper. Washer and dryer are conveniently located on the 3rd level with the bedrooms. One deck accessible from living room and 2nd from master bedroom. A phone on every level, so no running up and down stairs. Beautiful art throughout the home. Views of Brigantine and Atlantic City.
