We believe you will love staying on Mud Island. This home is located in an upscale community called Harbor Town, which is built along the Mississippi River. While you are here, we hope you will take advantage of the one block walk from the town house to the Mississippi River Walk (bring your walking shoes). Walking along the Mississippi River can be a soul-searching experience. Sunrise and sunset, in this town, can be mesmerizing to be sure. This completely Furnished townhouse is located on Mud Island In Downtown Memphis, Antiques, original art and contemporary furnishings provide a setting of luxury and comfort. The garage entrance to the house makes parking easy and provides privacy. This has been a plus for those in the entertainment business. Base rates - $175.00 and $275.00/night

Refund and Policies 1. Cancellation refunds up to one-month prior to stay. 2. Reservations made less than one month prior to check in may be applied to rescheduled dates up to 12 months. A 25% handling fee will be deducted from cancellations and reschedules inside of one month. 3. Sorry, no parties without prior approval. Evidence of parties will result in additional fees for cleaning and extra guest(s) fees. 4. Pets and smoking not allowed.

Deposits and Payments 1. No deposit required if in the US. 2. Out of country - refundable deposits required. 3. Will confirm rental upon receipt of payment in full. 4. All guests are responsible for the replacement of broken or missing items. Guests will be billed for any damages occurring during their stay. 5. Reservations will not be held without payment in full! 6. All fees must be paid through PayPal. 7. Daily rates start at $175/night for 2 guests
