You are Just steps from the marina and the large private yachts in the harbor, you can enjoy your vacation walking on the four kilometer Malicon or just lounging by the swimming pool. Relax on one of Three private terraces while you enjoying your favorite cool refreshment and Ocean or Marina view. This condo is approx 2000 sq foot, which can be rented daily, by the week or month, making this a great place for large groups, Families and Corporations.
On the Water and Next to Cabo Wabo all Views A guest, asked me why I didn’t tell everyone how perfect this location is, as it really is next to everything. So I guess I need to tell you, it is!! You are in the *Heart of Cabo San Lucas*, and no car is needed. if you do get a car we even have a free garage with remote. How much better can it get! Trust me you won’t be disappointed. Over 2000 square feet of room in this Condo. The only one bigger is the Penthouse!! Location Location Location!!
Skiing Information: Parasailing or skiing - We have it All Guest Book Coments: Ray, you are the man, Erin showed up here with a new fan at about 9:00 pm, this is the first time we had met her....what a sweetheart !!!!!! She brought us a new fan just as we were getting ready to go out for dinner........this was late for her on a Sunday night and her kids are starting school in the morning too.........I would say she went above and beyond to tend to our needs....what a great asset she is for you in your absence down here.........she also recomended a place for us to have dinner 'Solomon's Landing' in the Marina........best meal we've had all week !!!!!!!!! That was a homerun in our book !!!!! Again, you have been very attentive to our needs and it is greatly appreciated.......we have taken the water taxi to Madano beach every day and had a great time.........This is the first time for us in Cabo and we'll be back....thanks again.....Eric

We have been, notified that the elevator may be, upgraded in the months of August to September 2008, and temporarily not working. We are happy to say we are only steps away on the second floor. Guest Book Great Location and a Beauty The Best Trip Ever Seattle. This was our 3rd trip to Cabo and we pretty much know what to expect. We were surprised to see how well maintained and clean the owner keeps this property.This Presidential Suite came with 2 52' TV'S with one even in the bedroom. Great Idea! We were located in the middle of town and Ray was right by saying no car was needed. It would have sat the whole time. Everything is in Full View and we went whale watching right off the Marina, 40 yards away.Cabo Wabo and all the restaurants were all next to us, yet we had plenty of privacy as this unit is located in the corner all to our selves.
