Rental Rates for the cottage in North Carolina, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $775- $1,920/weekly.
  • This is the new all inclusive rates for 2008 the only other cost will be NC County Tax of 11.75%. The summer months fill up fast so book early to get the week that you want. We have several repeat guest that have been renting our cottage for the past 9 years.
  • New for 2008: All Inclusive Rates Now, the rental rate you see listed is an all-inclusive amount. In 2008, you'll pay nothing extra for: Damage Waiver coverage, Booking/administrative fee, Credit car fee, No pre-reserve fee. The rate listed in the Sun Realty Brochure and on-line covers all lodging charges. Except, of course, NC Taxes. NC still make us charge you for that.

Private hot tub area with Tiki Bar, BBQ, fireplace(off season only),Jacuzzi bath tub, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. 2 telephones answering machines. 5 cable TVs 5 VCR, 3 CD players lots of VCR tapes and DVDs and a PlayStation 2. Baby equipment(high chair, booster seat and porta crib) Ice maker, well equipped kitchen. 5 ceiling fans, basketball goal, volleyball court with net, Professional Horse shoe pit, deck furniture, beach chairs lots of board games, books, puzzles and toys. We have a large outdoor patio area with a bar area and a setting area all is shaded. We have lots of outdoor toys for children. We also have bikes for children and adults.
