Rental Rates for the house in Oregon, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $150.00 -$175.00 Per Night
  • Rates are quoted per night. A two night stay is minimum. A 7% room tax is additional.

    Rates are based on season. Between October and Mid-March is the winter season, which runs $150 per night. The summer season is between Mid-March to September, and the rooms run $175 per night.

    There is also a $90 cleaning deposit. If you wish to cancel, half of your cleaning deposit will be refunded, if cancelled 14+ days before your scheduled stay.



    Winter Season (October - Mid-March) $150 per night. Maximum is 6 people.
    Summer Season (Mid-March - October) $175 per night. Maximum is 6 people.
    A $90 cleaning deposit is added to each bill. Full payment is required to reserve the home. One-half of your deposit and one-half of your payment is refundable up to 14 days before reservation.
    There is a $100.00 refundable damage deposit.

The Dream Catcher House contains three bedrooms with all queen beds, one bath, two Lofts, one of which has a single sleeper chair. Family room with vaulted ceilings, skylights, large TV, two couches and a wood burning stove. Separate living room with couch and love seat, Dining Room. Kitchen is fully furnished with all utensils, dishwasher, microwave, range, and refrigerator. Utility room has a washer and dryer. Includes cable TV in family room and center bedroom. Telephone with local service (Some cellphones work here as well). The Occupancy limit is 8 people. There is a peak of the ocean from upstairs, a Large deck off of the family room. Yard has many trees, shrubs, flowers for children to explore. There is a hot tub on its own covered deck. Large parking area for boats and vehicles. No campers or motor homes please. Home is on the ocean side of Highway 101 between Yachats and Waldport. It takes about 2 minutes to walk to miles of sandy beach for kite flying and playing in the sand.

Yachats is a very quaint little town that has a rocky shoreline, tide pools and waterspouts to explore, as well as shore fishing. Waldport is about four miles away and has a bay with excellent crabbing and fishing. Rental boats and crab nets are available. Newport (About 20 miles away) has a fishermans wharf and many shops to explore. It also has the Oregon Coast Aquarium. Whale watching excursions. Charter fishing boats and many other attractions.

Golf Information: There are several golf courses in the surrounding area.
