Experience the best Cape Cod has to offer - a large waterfront home less than an hour from Boston. The house offers picturesque views of Cape Cod Bay and the east end of the Cape Cod Canal. A wrap around porch provides spectacular views of your own private beach. A newly redesigned large gourmet kitchen equipped with all new stainless steel appliances including wet bar and separate ice maker, dishwasher, and microwave. Dine at the ocean view table that sits 10 comfortably. The separate dining room seats 8-10 and also provides magnificent ocean views. The fireplace living room overlooking the ocean, includes a TV, VCR, DVD, and CD player. The house includes 5 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, 3 bedrooms have two twin beds each (one of which has a crib), and 1 bedroom has a futon that sleeps 2. Two of the bedrooms have private vanities.

Straddling the Cape Cod Canal, Bourne is the gateway to Cape Cod and is just 60 miles from Boston. The canal is the world's largest sea-level channel. Sagamore Beach, one of the 7 villages of Bourne, is a quiet, Victorian community on the north side of the Canal. The beach offers calmer waters. Fishing, both freshwater and saltwater are popular pastimes and many visitors enjoy scenic tours via bike, on foot, or on a Hy-Line Canal Cruise. The 3 day Scallop Festival in early September attracts thousands.
