Kailua cottage Rental Property Information
This beach-side cabana was newly constructed in 2001 and remains in immaculate condition. Equipped with many amenities, it is located just 100 steps along a private beach access path to the shore of world-famous Kailua Beach. Enjoy the caressing trade winds on your private lanai - surrounded by swaying coconut palm trees and tropical foliage. Wash your cares away in the exotic and private hot/cold outdoor shower. Dry off with fluffy over-sized towels and slip between the Egyptian cotton bedding of your queen-size bed. Awaken to enjoy your complimentary gourmet coffee and Hawaiian-print bathrobes. The cabana is very private, located in a residential neighborhood on a dead-end, beach-side lane. It is a separate cottage, sharing a tropical landscaped yard with the owner-occupied, plantation-style home. The owners are available to provide you with as much, or as little, advice and help as you wish. The owner is licensed in the state of Hawaii to perform civil marriage ceremonies.

Guest Book We stayed at Julie's Cabana for 2 nights before our Wedding. It was better than we ever imagined! The pictures do not do it justice! The cottage is SO cute, SO clean and SO comfortable - we felt like we were staying at a friend's place. (But because it's separate from the house, it felt very private at the same time.) The welcome basket was perfect and even though we didn't get to enjoy the beach because of the rains, we thoroughly enjoyed the OUTDOOR shower! We would definitely try to stay here again. Julie and her husband Gerry are excellent hosts! Mindy & Tom Popken, Dallas, TX (tpopken@flash.net) We had a WONDERFUL time in Hawaii and the Beach Cabana was perfect!
