Rental Rates for the condo in Yucatan / Mayan Riviera, Mexico



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $2,000 for 1 wk for 2 persons!
  • Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. A $50 charge per person will be applied to guests over 6 people. A 50% deposit is due upon reservations and the balance is due prior to 1 month of the arrival date. There is a $500 USD security deposit due with balance which will be refunded ASAP as long as there are no damages. $2,500+weekly.
  • No Cancellations unless the unit is re-rented. This is a newly constructed property. Should there be any construction inconveniences during tenants stay which are no fault of the owners there are no refunds of any sort to the tenants.
