The Beach With over 27 acres of private beach, there really aren’t many places like this left either in the United States or abroad. With a series of wind swept yet gentle dunes the beach provides the perfect place to stroll, or sun bathe. A winding walkway of salt treated lumber (built to protect the dunes and sea grasses), takes you from the back door to the beach. The house is a perfect getaway for writers and artists.
