Sunset Lakes: Our Sunset Lakes Villa is a super villa backing directly onto Sunset Lake. Built in 1999, this modern luxury villa is located in Kissimmee Florida. Sunset Lakes is a premier secure community situated just over three miles south west of Walt Disney World Resort and is one of the closest vacation rental communities to the attractions in Orlando. Sunset Lakes is a gated community with sidewalks throughout. Onsite there are two fishing permitted lakes, a Community Swimming Pool with nice bath-house, Cabana, Children's Tot Lot Play Area and Gazebo. At Sunset Lakes you have the pleasure of quiet and secure natural Florida surroundings. In the mornings, weather permitting, you can see a lovely sunrise and watch hot air balloons taking off from across the street that float over the homes and lakes located here. In the evenings, the sunset is spectacular reflected in the lakes, and to the east, you can see MGM fireworks over the trees. You can even see a shuttle launch if your timing is right!

It was truly pet friendly and accommodated our full size 'golden retriever' who is part of our family. The owners were available by email and answered all of our questions and made every effort to see that we were accommodated. It was the first time we rented a house and was the longest vacation we have ever taken. the best recommendation we can give is that we have reserved the villa for the same month next year.
