The Silverado II Complex has it all under one roof. There is an indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, and sauna. A Bar & Grill (open during ski season) so parents can have a drink while watching the kids swim. There is a game room (air hockey, Golden Tee, etc) and exercise facility (bike, treadmill, stair climber, etc). There is a full service ski shop for convenient rentals. There is also a covered parking garage, ski storage locker located in garage, and laundry room for maximum convenience. Our condo unit has everything you will need. It is child-friendly with toys, games, high chair, and pack-n-play for infant sleeping. There is a TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo, CD Player, and a decent movie selection. The full kitchen has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes, pans, glasses and cooking utensils. Bathrooms are equipped with towels, hair dryers, paper products, soap, etc.

Summer Adventures Winter Park and the Fraser Valley has it all in the summer. Most popular in the summer is Winter Park's 600+ miles of mountain bike trails. There is also endless hiking trails along the Continental Divide, Winter Park ski area, Rocky Mountain National Park, National Forests, etc. Fly fishing is great on the mighty Colorado River or the smaller Fraser River. Kids love fishing on the Fraser fishing pond, or any of the surrounding mountain lakes. Down the street from Silverado, Wolf Park has a play area and outdoor tennis, basketball, and volleyball.

Skiing Winter Park and Mary Jane ski resorts are Colorado's Favorite! You will see why this is where the locals from Colorado prefer to ski. Avoid the crowds at Vail, Aspen and Summit County and experience everything Winter Park has to offer. For the more advanced skier, Mary Jane has the best bumps in the West, and plenty of trees and steeps to keep you challenging yourself. For the snowboarder and freestyle skier, there are multiple terrain parks. And for the families, children and beginner skiers there is plenty of terrain to keep you exploring all day.
