Cancellation & Keys Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days of rental date will result in a 50% forfeiture unless subsequently rented. Personal checks for rental amount will be cashed when received. Payments can also be made by money order, cashiers check, or PayPal transaction. Key lock box is outside the door and code will be sent after rental payment is received. The 2nd check for the security deposit will be returned within one week after housekeeping finds the unit secure. Payments by check are to be made to: Corco, LLC, mailed to Frank Corry, 2859 Utica, Springfield MO., 65804.
