    still available for Valentines Day weekend. One townhouse is already booked for 4th of July as well. It is a good idea to book your summer 08 vacation asap. Our winter weekends starting 01/05 through 03/01//08 are only
    $450,excluding Valentines Day weekend, which is still only $500 Our spring weekend rate is $550 starting March
    1,08. If you would like to reserve a long weekend, email me and I will give you a rate. Also if you can vacation during the weekdays in the spring/fall, we will give you an awesome weekday vacation discount. Sunday thru Friday am, for only $750 per week, on weeks available. That is 6 days and 5 nights at the beach. That is a steal !! You can't rent our cheapest motel for that, much less a new 3 story 4bdrm,4bth townhouse. These weeks go very quickly after I post them, so let me know asap if you want to reserve one for your family.
  • Carolina Beach is the place to come,if you are ready to kick back,and relax. If you are ready to come play,it is a
    great place too. Surfing,fishing,walking,or just relaxing and working on your tan. Want to do some clothes or surf
    shopping check out the Unique Boutique,and the surf shop next door to it. only a block from one of our houses.
    How about a pancake breakfast at Kate's,only a couple of blocks away.The lake is also a two minute walk away.
    It is as close as beach is. Duplex is rented for the summer season,but is available for May,and Sept.,taking reservations for our other two beach houses right now.one is 2 blocks from ocean,the other is only 4 blocks.
    Book soon,we are filling up fast !!

We also provide a heavy duty rolling beach cart in all of our properties for carrying your items such as chairs coolers etc down to the beach. There is a washer and dryer. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker. You can bring your own linens, or you can use ours. You will need to launder and fold them after use, or we will take a charge for doing so, out of your cleaning deposit. Our linens include bedding for each bed, and towels, clothes etc. Please bring your own beach towels though. There also is TV/VCR/DVD combo in the den, and a tv/dvd in the bedrooms. Basic cable is provided, and local phone service. Duplex has a bottom floor, so that floor is wheelchair accessible. We have a good rental history, and a lot of our rentals are repeats. The Beach You get to the beach, drop your bags, grab the huge beach cart we provide, load your stuff and take a quick stroll down to the ocean. There is a lifeguard stand within few yards of your beach access, so drop your chairs, open a cold drink and sit back and relax. If you are the more athletic type, go to the local beach store, pick up a boogie board (we recommend anyone swimming in the ocean attach a flotation device to them by a wrist or ankle leash - this is safe, fun and the waves don't take your board away). The surf not your speed then just take a stroll to the nearby fishing pier. You can pick up seashells as you walk along the surf to the pier. Day Two: Get up early, walk down to the beach and just wait. Day 3: Time to go shopping! Ladies try out the Unique Boutique. It is the funky pink beach cottage by the Lake. Dad and the kids can go to the lake and paddle boat or to the Kite/Surf Shop next door.

Education/Tours Endless possibilities. Fort Fisher 2 miles away, Civil War Museum, Battlefield. The Aquarium full of marine life and a walking beach tour. Hop on the Ferry and go across to Southport, one of the oldest port towns in the nation. Run up to Duplin Winery (approximately 30 miles away) and enjoy local winemaking or pick up a bottle in our local grocery stores. Downtown Wilmington is full of historic attractions. Cornwallis House, the Bellamy Mansion, Cape Fear Museum (features an exhibit about Michael Jordan,a local sports hero) See the Battleship N.C. Go to the downtown Wilmington Waterfront to see the places Black Beard the Pirate roamed. Check out the Cotton Exchange. Shopping on every corner. How about a ride in a horse drawn carraige through the streets of historic down town Wilmington with a lively tour guide. If that is not enough, we have a Independence Mall on Oleander Drive in Wilimington. 4 huge wings full of stores.

Golfing,and other sports We have too many golf courses to name. There are 3 golf courses within 5 miles of our duplex. The Cape (2miles), Beau Rivage(3miles) and Echo Farms(5miles). Also we have a Pete Dye championship golf course located at Landfall(approx. 15 miles away). Also available in our area is kayak rentals. We are only 2 miles from the Carolina Beach State Park, which has several hiking trails available. Fishing, fishing, fishing, whether it be surf fishing, pier fishing, sound fishing or going t the state park and dropping a line in Snow's Cut or the Cape Fear River. That is just fishing from the bank my friend. Now for deep fishing, there are charter boats galore, right in the heart of Caroiina Beach, also approx 3 miles from our duplex. Then there is the local boardwalk with an arcade and other attractions. Don't miss trying Britt's Donuts. Want some other good grub, check out our local favorites Kate's Pancake House,and The Barrier Island Restaurant.
