The house has 2,400 sq ft of living space, 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed; 3 ½ baths, rec/bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa; 2 lofts, one for kids only off a bedroom, the other above the living room, where there is room for sleeping bags.

Decks surround the view sides of the house and an upper deck off the upstairs loft offers the most incredible morning coffee or afternoon wine views in all of Angel Fire. The “wreck” room has plenty of entertainment for the kids and includes a mudroom right inside the covered wood storage entry. The house sleeps 12 in REAL beds and can accommodate as many as 16 people comfortably. Radiant in floor heat and a monitored alarm system will keep you safe and warm. There is a two-car garage to get your vehicle out of the weather along with a parking area at the street if the snow is too deep! There is a sledding run on the property.

Further Details for the house in New Mexico, USA
Our home is located approximately ten minutes (just over 4 miles) from the base of the ski area, on the ski side of the mountain. There is also a drop point at the end of our road (approx. 1/4 mile) where you can unload skiers and equipment directly on to a ski run.
