Deadwood cabin Rental Property Information

This great vacation home was completed in 2001, it has great views from the deck and hot tub, when you enter you are on the main level which has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Or you can go down to the walkout level which has 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom, a large family room, with fireplace, and a laundry room. Oh yeah did I say HOT TUB, it is just outside the lower level door, that's my favorite place to relax after a day of hiking, biking, motorcycle riding, 4 wheeling, or one of the snow sports available in the winter. This cabin is located in the Deer Mountain area, about 15 min. to Deadwood, 50 min. to Mount Rushmore area, (north central Black Hills.)

Rental Rates for the cabin in South Dakota, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • 350.00 per night with a 3 night min. with some exceptions during off season April-May, late Aug-Nov
  • A $350 deposit is due at time of reservation, which will be applied to your rent, the rest is due 30 days in advance, which is also the final day you can cancel and receive all but $100 of your deposit refunded, unless we can rerent the time you reserved, then we will refund your full dep. There is also a $500 damage check to be paid the same time as the final rent, that check will be returned to you after the cleaning crew has been in and found no damage.
  • Sturgis Rally rate is $6500.00 for the 3rd thru the 12th of August, 2007, the second half is available, Rally rent is due 90 days in advance, at which time there will be no refund, unless we can rerent to another group. We will split the rally in half if desired, with the first half being $3500 and the second half being $3500, the first half has
    been rented for ' 07 rally
