  • You may reserve Spring Green Farm by providing a 50% deposit of the total rental fee. You may pay using a , credit card, personal check, cashier’s check, traveler’s checks or money order. In addition, renters pay a $300 security deposit which is refunded after the house is checked out.
  • Full payment is due 45 days prior to the reservation. Should you cancel the reservation more than 45 days in advance of your reserved arrival date, you will receive a full refund, minus a $200 administrative fee. No refunds are given if the cancellation occurs within 45 days of the reservation. If we are able to book the Farm for the full period of your reservation, you will receive a full refund minus a $200 administrative fee.
