Lake Arrowhead is known as an ''Alpine Lake'' situated high in the San Bernardino mountains, just a short drive from Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Palm Springs. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake, but nearby is Lake Gregory and Silverwood Lake for boating, fishing and swimming. Free weekend concerts at Lake Arrowhead Village in the summer. In the winter there is every winter sport available at Big Bear, Trinity and Snow Valley ski resorts.

There are 15 steps from the parking deck to the front door, with a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. This is our second home and we keep it nice for ourselves and our guests. We prefer renting to families and will not rent to singles under 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you notice anything not as it should be, it must be reported within 24 hours and we will have it attended to as soon as possible. There is room for two cars only at this time. The Homeowner's Association does not allow on-street parking.
