Although we are renting by the week we would be happy to rent multiple weeks in a row during the summer to any interested parties. In September we will be looking for a tenant for 9 months until June.

Beautiful clean beach steps away with lifeguards. Family friendly. Surfer's paradise. Wonderful boardwalk to bicycle, walk, or view beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Concerts all summer on the boardwalk as well as athletic activities including beach volleyball. Bike rental nearby, play ground, fishing piers, movie theatre, and range of ethnic restaurants at all price ranges. Further out on the island are wine tours, outlet shopping, and historical sites.
