The original 1940’s oceanfront 4-bedroom house is connected by covered walkway to an exquisite, modern, 9-bedroom house. Natural wood throughout ties the buildings together and puts out a warm glow, inviting you to savor your time with family and friends. Sited on over an acre of oceanfront property, the Crawford Cottage is an anomaly in Nags Head; there is over 10,000 sq ft of indoor living space and, best of all, over 2,700 sq ft of sundecks, covered decks and porches.
Special Features: 2 Private Pools (indoor pool is 25x7 and is available to be heated and outdoor unheated pool is 29x15), Hot Tub, Elevator, 14 TVs, 13 VCRs, 3 DVD players, game room with pool table, foosball, TV area and wet bar, playroom with ping pong table, 2 full kitchens (one in each house), large rooftop sundeck, screened porch, surround sound stereo, 2 dune top decks with connecting walkway (each home has own walkway and dunetop deck), antique heart pine and tile flooring, office area, fireplace, ceiling fans, 3 washer/dryers, gas grill, high chair, pack n play, crib, 2 wet bars, No Smoking. No Pets. Sunday East house (4 bedroom) contains: living room; kitchen; playroom with ping pong table; laundry room; oceanfront screened porch; 2 kings, 2 twins, twin and pyramid bunk; please note that the playroom and twin/pyramid bed are cooled by a window A/C unit. West house (9 bedroom). Top level: living room, dining, kitchen with 2 refrigerators, handicap friendly king bedroom.
