Sengekontacket Pond This charming home is immediately adjacent to Sengekontacket Pond, which is 4 miles long. Centrally located, and yet completely secluded (no homes immediately next door) this location provides easy access to all Martha's Vineyard locales. Enjoy Indian Summer in September ... 4 day minimum available.
Swimming in the beautiful salt water pond is excellent, particularly for children. The slope to deeper water is gradual and, with the front deck only feet from the water, adults can enjoy the deck chairs and yet remain within easy reach/view of the children.
Felix Neck Sanctuary is within a mile of the property. There are kayak tours and other activities available for all ages.
Golf Information: There are three golf courses on Martha's Vineyard which are open to the public.
