House has central air for those muggy cape nights. Wings Neck is minutes from the Bourne Bridge, quaint town with beautiful beaches and restaurants close by.

Many attractions include biking or walking the cape cod canal, golfing, fishing amusement center w/ go carts, outlet shopping and a quick ride to the Woods Hole Steamship ferry for Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. Nearby at Kingman Marina you can charter a boat for fishing trips, site seeing and sunset cruises and then have dinner at the Chart Room.
