Great Venice Beach Cottage just 100 yards to the sand and boardwalk. All just newly remodeled. New kitchen with high end appliances, new bathrooms, hardwood floors, fireplace, large yard, gardens with gazebo and BBQ for great outdoor dining. Enjoy one of the best beaches in Southern California. Great surf spot 1 block away, great restaurants, shops, and cafes, just one block away. The cottage is located on a quiet pedestrian only walk street. These walk streets don't allow cars so it makes for a very quiet and safe place. Queen beds in all bedrooms, queen sofa bed living room, 3rd bedroom/studio has separate entrance with kitchenette and bathroom and another sofa bed. Hear the ocean at night!
