Cook on the grill, eat in the dining room or on the deck. Short walk from the house to the adventure activities on the mountain - biking, diggling, riding the lift up to the mid-mountain restaurant for lunch. Or walk up the road right onto the mountain trails and hike up to the top for a picnic. Find your own trail through the woods behind the house down to the icy cold Ammonoosic River or take a 5 minute drive to hotel and follow the paths to swim in the Perimeter Pools, where the river water is deeper.

Resort living with mountain views Three bedroom home with views of Mt. Washington and the whole Presidential Range, located in the Mt. Washington Resort complex and just a short walk down to the summer adventure center and base lodge. Rent a mountain bike or a diggler and ride up the chair lift for an adventurous ride down. Hike up right from the house with your own picnic. Sit on the back deck overlooking the White Mountain National Forest and read a book to the relaxing noises of rushing mountain streams. Dress up and take the resort jitney bus across the road to the Mt. Washington Hotel with restaurants, cocktails on the veranda, and nightly entertainment. There's always something to do, yet you can return to the house and enjoy movies on the DVD players or steaks cooked out on the grill. There's a convenience store in the complex with a great deli, meats, beer and wine so you don't have to go far to stock up. And within minutes of your door is some of the best hiking in the country!
