Palm Desert house Rental Property Information

Located in a small friendly cul-de-sac, the house is situated on the signature hole (the 9th and 18th double fairway) of the newly renovated Palm Desert Country Club. Beautifully furnished, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home sleeps 6 people and is perfect for 3 couples or family. . Most guests that stay here say they don't want to go anywhere. Views of the fairway with palm trees, three lakes with waterfalls against a backdrop of mountains can be seen throughout the house and give our guests enough eye candy to make them want to stay put. The pebble tech pool has two waterfalls and a fountain, a perfect place to enjoy a cocktail in the elevated spa while watching the sunset and listening to your favorite music piped through the outdoor speaker system. The sun room is all windows and is a great place to curl up with a book, if you can keep your eyes away from the view.

  • Security deposit is held in the form of a credit card on file.
  • Cancellation Policy: A 30 day cancellation notice is required for full refund. If notice is not given 30 days in advance of the arrival date, the 50% deposit will become a cancellation fee.
    Deposits: 50% deposit upon booking. Balance due 30 days before arrival date. Holiday weeks and weekends must be paid in full at time of booking. $35.00 per person per day over the 6 person occupancy.
    Other Fees: *$130.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be added to the total amount of the rental fee
    Other Policies: Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times by an adult while in the pool area. Any and all damages to the property must be reported to the owner and will be the responsibility of the renter. A credit card is required to insure the payment of any damages to the property.
  • There is a $100.00 utility credit, given to all guests that stay less than 30 days. Anything over this credit will be billed to the guest. Monthly renters pay all utilities.

  • The master bedroom has a king size bed with high quality bedding. Views of the double fairway can be seen from the bed. The room also has limited edition art, a 32 inch Sony TV and a ceiling fan. The spa is located right outside the sliding glass door of this room as well as a covered patio with table and chairs. The second bedroom has a queen bed also with quality bedding. It has a TV a private bathroom and ceiling fan. The closet is large with mirrored doors. The third bedroom is a private suite just past the launder room. It faces the golf course with it's own pool access. It is decorated like a little boutique hotel room and is private. The sliding glass doors look on to the fairway and the fountain side of the pool. There is a patio set just outside the sliding glass doors. The room also has a TV, ceiling fan, large closet with mirrored doors and original etchings and engravings.

The house is on the Palm Desert Country Club golf course. You can walk out of the back yard gate and across the fairway to make a tee time and pick up your golf cart. Because this home is on a double fairway, you drive by it twice while you are playing. Take a break after the first 9 and come home.Take a quick dip in the pool before you head out to play the back 9. Drive by the house again waving to your friends and family who are lighting the BBQ on your way to the 18th hole.

Take the same short walk out of the back yard gate and go have breakfast, lunch or evening cocktails at the club house. Meet the friendly locals who will give you inside information on where to go while you are in the desert. The people that live at PDCC are warm and friendly. You may be invited to a BBQ or a round of golf.

If you don't play golf and just want some R&R this is the place. Close to everything the valley has to offer yet miles away. Sit by the pool all day and let the world go away as you listen to your favorite CD through the outdoor sound system. Most guests re-book the house with extra days so that they can enjoy it a little longer. Treat yourself to the spas of the 1940's in Desert Hot Springs for a day. Places where the film stars of the day used to call home.

Golf Information: The course has had a multi million dollar face lift and is beautiful. Golf Inc. has voted it the best renovation of the year. Best of all, the green fees are still some of the lowest in the valley.

The house is well furnished and has beautiful view. The house is highly recommended!
