Furnished with leather, seaside fabrics, recessed lighting, and wood accents, the main family room area has beautiful hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings, an entertainment center, and gorgeous beach views through walls of floor-to-ceiling windows extending to a gourmet kitchen area and a large adjoining formal dining room. The elevated first floor is surrounded by an incredible, spacious deck with comfortable furnishings which overlooks a huge private sugar sand beach directly on the gulf and features a gas grill for outdoor cooking, dining, and relaxing. On the second floor, there are four large, tastefully decorated bedrooms. Driving times to major cities include: Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, and Bonita Springs (15 minutes); Naples (30 minutes); Miami and Tampa (two hours); and Orlando, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Cape Canaveral (approximately three hours). Excursions to the Everglades National Park and Key West available including airboat and swamp buggy rides, and high speed catamaran service, respectively.
