Spacious 1800 sq. ft. home including lanai, built in 2003. Many amenities to make your stay a pleasant one. Minutes from Disney and all the theme parks. Plenty of golf courses to test your skills on. Ocean beaches are about 90 minutes away from either coast. Grocery stores, shopping malls and churches, are near by. Orlando International Airport is about 34 miles away. Long term renters (Snow Birds 0nly) with very small dogs need to call for rates and additional charges. Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit. Smoking is permitted in Lanai and under car port only. (smoking in our home will forfit your security deposit) Pool is located at the clubhouse, just a short walk from the home.
