It is centrally located across the street from the beach, 10 minutes drive to Bal Harbour Mall, 2 minute drive to Aventura Mall and 20 minutes to South Beach. Accommodations include: 3 large bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large living room with a 56” flat screen DLP TV & DVD player, a large kitchen with a formal dining area, a laundry room, a sun room with a day bed facing the back yard, central air.
