You have Arrived at your Oceanfront Paradise! Welcome to your Cocoa Beach Oceanfront vacation. Beautiful White Sand and crystal clear blue ocean! You don't have to bring anything but your swimsuit, sun tan lotion and a good book. This unit is beautiful and located on the absolute best floor - the 7th and TOP floor - there is no one above you - and Oh what a view! Don't settle for a lower floor. Full luxurious carpeting throughout the living space (no cold tile floors), this unit is perfect for a stay of a few days or a few months!

All new furniture, Master is a King, Included is plenty of everything - washer & dryer, a well furnished kitchen, complete with blender and other small appliances, a dishwasher as well as a table for two. The unit also boasts a comfortable living room and dining room with seating for 7. It has 2 bedrooms complete with a large walk in closet, 2 full baths as well as a queen pull out. For more convenience you will have your own washer and dryer in the unit.

The view from your balcony is spectacular as you look out to the Atlantic Ocean and up the coast to NASA. You also have the added luxury of a heated pool along with a hot tub.
