  • Rentals per week are from Saturday to Saturday, unless listed as partial weeks.
  • There will be a $300 security deposit, due with signed agreement, which will be returned to you within 7 days after your rental, providing the premises is in good condition, and broom swept with all trash and garbage having been placed in the outdoor shed. The condo has a full size washer/dryer, and wireless internet, a wall to wall shower in the master bath, and a shower/tub in the 2nd bathroom. Outside is 1 parking spot in lot.
  • Rental fee: $350 deposit to reserve the rental with the remainder due 60 days prior to rental date.

Golf details Farm Neck Golf Course is approximately 1 mi from the condo. President Clinton has played there many times!

Beach Well known Inkwell Beach is across the road from the condo. It is shallow with a sandy bottom. Because of this the water is clear and tends to be warmer than other beaches on the Vineyard or Cape Cod.

A Seaview Idyll The condo is a sun-filled delight across the street from popular Inkwell Beach. The view faces south with ocean views across the bay toward Edgartown, and over looking Waban Park where you can fly kites, practice golfing, and attend the special events that happen there. While having a car to tour the island is nice, you do not need one here. You can walk to Oak Bluffs, the carousel, the evening concerts in Ocean Park and at the Tabernacle, the tennis courts and the gingerbread houses. Inside the condo is a newly remodeled en suite master bath with a walk in wall to wall shower. All rooms are nicely decorated toward making you feel at home. Cable, high speed Internet access, TVs, and a DVD is provided. More photos can be sent to you upon request.

Other Activities The condo building is on the beach. Plenty of sand and swimming.
