Oceanside condo Rental Property Information

Spectacular unobstructed view of the ocean, the beach and the pier and walking distance to the marina and the pier. Completely remodeled in early 2006 with brand new kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, fireplace, furniture, beds, 2 LCD TV's - 1 in living room-32' and the other in the master bedroom-26', VCR,DVD , Broadband Internet Services, and much more. The living room opens to a large balcony from which to watch sunrise and spectacular sunsets and watch your family play on the sand and build sandcastles or surf in the ocean. The resort features tropical grounds with fern grottoes, waterfalls, koi ponds, wooden bridges, fountains and strolling paths. There are 2 heated pools, jacuzzi, men's and women's gym with 2 saunas. We have ping pong tables, putting green, billiards, card rooms, BBQs and laundry facilities. BOTH BATHROOMS ARE HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE, HOWEVER THE GUEST BATHROOM HAS PERMANENT SEAT FOR THE HANDICAPPED AND THOSE THAT NEED IT TO HAVE A COMFORTABLE SHOWER.
