Great for retreats, reunions/explorers. No extra charge for wood or per person. Clean, and quiet.. best fishing and hiking in the Rocky Mountains. Perfect for reunions, retreats and explorers!!. This unique area of Colorado is a privately-held lake, with boat and peace for your enjoyment (large rainbow trout). The views, and tranquility are breathtaking. I've had guests over the past three years, and for the price and square footage were completely satisfied!! For people that are busy and still need to stay in touch - w/free WIFI provided! Large family? Two full kitchens to cook up those big dinners and combine friends and family in one location!! Air mattresses are provided. All-new appliances and kitchen has microwave......extremely clean. Washer and Dryer. Close to Woodland Park for wining and dining. Cripple Creek close by for the gambler in your group. =) Rock caving in Florissant, Wild Wolf Park, and the Dinosaur Museum is also located in the vicinity. One hour from the Colorado Springs Airport. We encourage our guest(s) to take full advantage of this location & explore the Pikes Peak Region.

Lake, Boat, peace and quiet borders Pike National Clean quiet house on large lake. views of Pikes Peak, and no traffic for miles. Boat in the summer no extra charges, and free wood in the winter! Should you need we have two Queen size Air mattress' with automatic air and deflate......your away from it all but close enough to mini market to buy groceries. Gambling right down the road along with skiing!! Yes, large dogs allowed. Large Fenced area to keep safe, and dog house with plenty of running room! Linens and towels are provided. Separate bedrooms. Enjoy that morning coffee overlooking the Lake and watching the geese and ducks. **snow plow on site with snow removal offered for the deep snow.
Also accept credit cards through Pay Pal link Checks are accepted 45 days in advance, or money orders. We reserve the right to replace with home that deems comparable and no refunds. Please keep in mind the calender is up to date, and first pay first served. I answer email immediately and don't hold until a payment of deposit or pay pal link comes thru. one of many great testimonies I am Doris Yinger's sister, one of the infamous Beatty clan! I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed your house last week. We are so scattered, it is hard for us to get together very often. It was great that we could all stay together in one place. Our reunion was a memorable one. Now my job is to make a year book. I should have many, many pictures to choose from this year. We so much enjoyed watching the deer, especially the fawns. At one time or another, we all tried to get pictures of them!!!
